Dish Gourmet is a friendly deli on the east end of Pearl Street in Boulder offering fresh and inventive gourmet sandwiches, prepared foods to eat in or takeout, a full array of catering services, box lunches, sandwich platters, and specialty foods such as cured meats and salumi, cheese, and local Boulder natural food products. Everything on our menu is created fresh with the very best ingredients available. At our sandwich shop, our meats are locally sourced from outstanding, independent Colorado farmers and then roasted in-house, everyday.
